Shipping + Return Policies
All items are shipped via USPS first class or priority mail within 1-5 business days of your order. Delivery times vary, and COVID has had some effect on those times. All items receive tracking which you can access at any point through your email confirmation.
International shipping is offered through USPS only, and you may be responsible for paying customs fees when it arrives to your country. USPS does not provide tracking after the package leaves the US.
I address returns and exchanges case by case. If you'd like to return or exchange an item, please reach out within 48 hours of the item being delivered. The item must be returned within 5 days of delivery. I will provide a full refund for the cost of the item upon delivery. Please note you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
I do not hold responsibility for lost or stolen items, and can not guarantee any refunds in these situations. Once an item is shipped, I am just as much at the mercy of the USPS as you are. If it's a print or set of earrings, I may be able to attempt sending a replacement. The clothing pieces or original art works on the other hand are one-off items that I likely no longer have the materials or means to recreate.
If your tracking says "delivered" but you don't believe it has been, be sure to check that you entered your shipping information correctly, give it a few days, and if it's still not shown up, then you will want to file a missing item report with the USPS.
